Art,

Bob's technical and convoluted reply about anchoring from the stern and your
asking in the first place indicates both of your not seeing the obvious. 
The Rhodes 22 comes standard with a horn cleat on each side of stern.  An
anchor line can be simply cleated to these handy devices placed there by
General Boats during manufacture… You simply need to spend time studing your
boat and what its parts are for.
