[Rhodes22-list] Continuing replies for Wally

Thanks for re-posting...I missed the first one.. Please note the first
section that lists the members of Senate. it does not list VP. It does state
the VP sits as President of the Senate.

Lets assume that your position is correct.... are you agreeing  that
Congress can shut down funding? If he is in the Legislative branch they
would have the power to do so. Also I will refer you back the the part of
the Constitution that lists who are members of the Legislative branch. As
you should have noted it makes no mention of VP. No disagreement that he
sits as head and acts as tie breaker.

The point is he can't be in both. I still don't think you understand that..

Anyone watching the AC race....team NZ at one point had 3
spinnakers."flying"..one shredded in the water....one flying snarled beyond
use...and a third hour glassed for a while and finally opening. They looked
worse than my local club!
