[Rhodes22-list] lee helm, mast rake, addition of fin, and now

Would increasing the surface area of the kick up part of the rudder,
especially forward of pintle/gudgeon centerline solve this issue?  In effect
making the rudder a balanced rudder?  Balanced rudder is that part of the
rudder whose area is forward of the vertical axis, to counterbalance water
pressure abaft of the axis.
