By now you know that Stan not only sells new but used.  His pricing is
dependent on condition.  If you try to make your own, it will be difficult
to make the same shape unless you actually have an old set for immediate
comparison.
Bye the time you pay for the foam, material and labor, you may save a couple
of dollars, but wind up with a ugly fit.
