My old paper copy did not have color pictures.  What a bummer.  

The Rhodes 22 with the IMF has an open sheave in the masthead.  That allows
for a topping lift that holds the weight of a spinnaker pole so that the
poles weight does not interfere with setting it.  My boat is equipped with a
block about two thirds the way up.  If you are going to leave a line in the
sheave all the time, make sure that it is a UV resistant one.  Just ask
Captain Rummy how well an old line works after exposure to UV over time.
