[Rhodes22-list] Question, non sailing--Now High Wind Tacking

MaryLou, Lee,
I experienced similer tacking hesitation the day I tried to meet with Lee on the bay, similar conditions, maybe a bit heavier.  I was much too busy to re-route the sheets.  Here's my question about your experience.  Were you able to avoid spilling wind along the foot of the Genny while it had to be shortened, or did you notice?  I have my thoughts on this, but interested in yours.
