Brad,

I intentionally did not go into the altitude exposure because of you.  On
the positive side is that long range studies of Japanese exposed to the
A-bombs and those exposed to Chernobyl radiation shows that human are able
to tolerate a substatial amount, and most not show statical differences from
the general population.  This is excluding those sustained high doses, and
that do show substantial issues of particular types of maglignacies.

The bigger issue is to those still of child bearing years.  The effects on
future generations will not show up for several generations.  The damage has
been done, and is not reversible.
