Actually, motoring.

 

We are taking the CGA boating safety course.  The instructor seems to think
that if we replace the .8 amp Davis 360 masthead light bulb with a brighter
bulb so it can been seen for two miles, then that masthead 360 and the red
and green lights would be sufficient for a R22 under power.  

 

Would you please comment?
