[Rhodes22-list] Stainless Steel Cutting Question

Dear Rhodies,

I need to cut an inspection panel about 1" x 4" in a stainless steel duct
that is located in tight confines.  My brother suggests a plasma torch but I
have some concerns about the current involved since some very expensive
electronics are located nearby.  Is there a Dremel cut-off wheel up to the
task or another tool/technique adequate for thin wall stainless? (guessing
1/16" thick).
