Stan,Rummy, Caesar and Hank Thanks to all once again... One of My big problem has been solved 

   Went out this after noon and gave it a try and a funny thing happened the tell - tales looked a little better Now if someone would help with the traveler and back stay adjuster .
    As I understand in Higher  winds the back stay should be tighter and as the Winds lightens up let out on the Back Stay .
   Can some one suggest a good book ..

When the main is under pressure, the weight of the boom will help create a
better shape.  If the topping lift is holding the boom up, then you will
have a lot of "belly" in the main.
