If you are toting your boat to Florida, you need to stop at Hartwell. 
Notwithstanding all the hype, there is still a lot of water to sail on. 
Would you consider over 150 feet enough.  

Captain Rummy has had his sailboat in a yard awaiting work.  They claim that
they have more important projects to do, so alas he cannot sail.  You could
lighten his day by bringing your boat to his house to sail.  Think of it as
medicine for an ailing sailor.
