[Rhodes22-list] 12V refrigeration/freezers question?

Andrew,

The best Christmas present you can get yourself is to forget this idea.

Bring ice from your house.

Buy ice at Greenwich Point.

For longer distances buy dry ice.  See Roger's extensive comments on how 
to nurse dry ice for the entire length of your trip (taking care to not 
asphyxiate yourself.)

Unless you want to run a generator all the time, refrigeration on almost 
any sailboat doesn't work.

You know how to run the numbers.  Run them.
