See Rummy, something we agree on completely.

I've long advocated that military service should be compulsory for 
everyone at their 18th birthday, or after graduating from HS, whichever 
occurs first. I think our youth would be better for it, I think our 
country would be better for it, and I think our universities and 
workplaces would be better for it.
