Forget the Bo.  Scrap plans to build an ultralight.  Buy a real craft, a used space shuttle:

If you don't have the room or launch pad, how about one of the scrapped engines.  What a conversation starter or for that extra kick in the tail for the Bo!  Water takeoffs, no problem!  Low emissions (mostly water vapor) and green, too!
