[Rhodes22-list] New airship for Brad

Herb,

We live on a 1/3 acre lot (we built on 1-1/2 lots) in a development of tract
homes that are on 0.20 acre lots. My R22 is less than 20 feet from his
house. A silver tarped R22 probably isn't the nicest thing to look at half
the year (the other half it's just the empty trailer) but hey, he bought the
house with full knowledge that I stored the boat in that location. He has
been talking of selling for the last 10 years, maybe I'll buy it for one of
my daughters if the price is right.

I love folks that think that they can move in and try to change what they
don't like. It reminds me of the people who buy lower cost homes located
near the airport and then complain to have the takeoff and approach paths
changed because the noise is bothering them. Duh, why do they think that
the housing was inexpensive?
