Nor SHOULD they have the option to grant special privileges to one 
protest group over another. They crossed the line on this one in several 
ways. Allowing Code Pink to violate the law, and granting them a special 
parking place once a week (and no one else) - essentially telling 
CodePink they're allowed to harrass.
