BUT ED, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CANADIAN PARENT FIRM WHO MADE EARLY TANZERS? DID THEY GO BELLY UP TOO, AS I THOUGHT?
THANKS FOR THE INFO., BUT WHEN WE VISITED THE EDENTON PLANT IN THE 90'S, THERE WEREN'T ANY BUSHES , JUST SAND, DIRT ROADS AND SHALLOW WATER. IT WAS SO LONG AGO THAT STAN'S MOTHER WAS STILL ALIVE, SITTING IN THE OFFICE. FOR YEARS HE HAD A COLOR PICTURE OF OUR DOCKED '83 IN LAKE GEORGE NY HANGING ON THE BACK WALL.

IF STAN TOOK OVER A FAILED TANZER '22 PLANT, BET HE GOT IT DIRT CHEAP!!

Also wise guys, Lake Memphamagog actually crosses the Canadian border, but as I remember it was pretty shallow compared to Lake Champlain.

Ed,

A shallow Moose lake??? No sir! Though I have seen a couple of moose, it's certainly not shallow. Lake Memphremagog is the name. Anyways, I'm usually just a listener. Don't feel I belong yet since I haven't made the big step.
