Sorry, there isn't a reliable way to search for photos or other 
attachments.  The main problem is that they can originate from two 
sources - either posted directly to the list, or posted over at 
nabble.com.  So, photos can reside on either of those servers.

If they come directly to the list, there will be some other 
identifying information listed with the link.  You might have some 
success searching those keywords.  See an example below:

If the photos are posted over at nabble.com before coming onto the 
list, all you have is a link at nabble.com to work from.  So, not 
much to work with there.
