Going thru Stan for a recycled boat takes need for professional surveyor out
of the picture.  However, a professional surveyor has even been used
therein.

Get Chris to accompany you to Edenton to inspect your boat.  Elevate him to
surveyor status.  He will be halfway there anyway on the Great Lakes
sailing.

Answers to sailing questions will be found among other proliferous volume of
emails posted.  Keep in mind that this forum is dominated by social liberals
in the current meaning of the words.  A few of us try to remind them of the
true history of the United States.  Too often the social liberals try to
demand their altruism become the rule using the power of the state,
confusing and injuring the true meaning of charity.
