[Rhodes22-list] This day in history

Brad,

It's almost as if "they" do not care what he has to say. After all, how
much can a president screw up in the final year? This could be the best
year of his two-term presidency.

As was obvious during the news conference, he still has a great deal of
trouble grasping the real consequences to the American economy of the
increased energy costs. One must wonder if there is a not so hidden agenda
to push us to the edge in an effort to enable oil exploration in sensitive
environments and to rebuild short term nuclear (or is that nuculer) power
capability.

The dinner was great and Ferguson is one of my favorites. Here in NY, his
show starts at 12:35am and I rarely miss his monologue. He claims that the
monologue is off-the-cuff without formal writers.
