When I went to college in Oklahoma (not OU, a small college nearby), we 
used to say two things about OU's team:

1) They were so good because Texas had two pro teams (at the time, 
Dallas and Houston), and Oklahoma only had one.
2) OU had the best Texas players money could buy.

OK, there were some other things we said, but those two stick out in my 
mind.
