[Rhodes22-list] Outboard Stalling

Michael T,

You may wish to check out the Yamaha parts website at:;
http://www.yamaha-motor.com/outboard/parts/home.aspx

Put in the following:
    Step 1: Product Line = Outboard
    Step 2: Year = (your motor's year)
    Step 3: Model = (your motor's model or select one of the 8hp)

I tried a 1988 8hp long shaft as a guess and found the attached image of the 
gas tank & filter (#22) (it is probably at the very bottom of the email)
