Ed,

Mine, too.  But some people have lost the screws and replaced them with 
bolts, not knowing they were originally screws that didn't go through.  
Those people can't move their rudders back further than the amount shown 
in the picture, and they can't figure out why you and I and Rummy can 
make ours go further back.
