Alan,

You are supposed to keep the Bounce dry.  Study John Locke's post of some
methods.  Use clip closepin to attach to wires under seats but above water
and moisture, glue closepin higher up in Laz.  Just keep the stuff dry.  And
if it does get wet, hang it out to dry.
