Hi Elle,
We've had spot shortages here in Knoxville.  But regular is running 
anywhere from 3.39 to 3.69 depending on what part of
town you are in.  The price hit 4.99 a gallon for regular during Ike.  
Many people were complaining of price gouging and I think the state 
attorney general has agreed to investigate.  Interestingly, right after 
that Pilot dropped their price to 3.39 a gallon.
