[Rhodes22-list] Fiberglass patches on concrete?

If the holes are bigger than a few millimeters in size, I would use the
Garolite I used in my repair and glass that into the hole. If the holes are
small enough just try to sand down the entire area using sticks attached to
sandpaper maybe a dremel with the extension like I used would be ideal. (be
careful)
THen I would epoxy and then glass over those small holes. add at least one
coat of barrier coat epoxy and then bottom paint.
Those cracks or holes are also compromising the ballast so you may want to
let it dry out really well before applying anything.
