[Rhodes22-list] Cracks in Cement Ballast

cement ballast has not been used in Rhodes boat for 20 or 30 years (it was
discontinued when other builders stopped using it) but cracks in any
formulated ballast have nothing to do with leakage and anyone thinking they
can stop what they think is leakage from below the water line are wasting
their time by tackling cracks they see anywhere inside the hull.
