Joe,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but spider cracks like that in the
cockpit sole indicate a more insidious problem.  There is probably rot in
the underlying support of the sole.  The water causing the rot may well be
what's leaking into your lazarette, but your problem is more than stopping a
leak.  Pulling up the table leg anchor will be only a small part of that
effort.
