Ben and Art,

The measurement is 36". The Bimini that I have (GB issue) permits me to
sail with sufficient clearance to avoid the boom rubbing. Ben, is it
possible that the back stays are too tight permitting the mast to lean back
and causing the interference with the Bimini? Or... maybe my back stays are
too loose?
