that's what would happen if your carb were gunked up from gasoline over the
winter. in that event the carb has to be removed and cleaned --also the
needle valve and seat has to be cleaned-- these are small delicate parts and
a mechanic does it best. you can take the carb off and bring it to a
mechanic.
