[Rhodes22-list] Hiking Stick Lock

I plan on replacing my hiking stick.  I have the older hiking stick locks
(broom handle holders) attached to the stern rails.  In order for the new
hiking stick to clamp into the lock, it looks like I might need to cut-off
the end of the foam grip.

Necessary?

There may be a picture attached.  If so, you'll need to enlarge the picture
to see the lock.
