[Rhodes22-list] Herb's Defense

Herb,

You are probably a very nice person in the real world with friends who would walk the mile for you.

However, the endearing qualities which you may have do not come through too well on the web.

You always have an answer as to why 'everyone keeps pickin' on you' and why you are so misunderstood, 'and 'that's not what I said.'

Methinks if you have to keep explaining and defending what you've said you should take a long look at what you say & how the real world might interpret it.

Of course, you will want to have the last word.

elle

You WILL NOT spoil my good mood!

Elle,

The "weird kid" was in keeping with your schoolyard monitor metaphor.

You came up with the metaphor, not I. I believe in your schoolyard
metaphor, I was referred to as the "schoolyard bully". So, I'll
ask you
the same question.

Can you not make your point without name-calling and disparaging remarks??

Do so, and I will respond in kind.

If you'll scroll back through, I think you'll see where the disparaging

remarks in this little thread started...
