Hank,
Thanks for identifying the boat for us.  During the time I was inquiring about the Rhodes, I saved a few pictures.  Yours gave the best view of the keel /centerboard arrangement, but did not pay attention to the owner.  
 
I will go and rename the pictures now that I know.
 
Two questions: Have you had inquiries about the boat since putting it up for sale?  I mentioned it to a friend, and was asked the location of your boat, so where is kept presently?  I'm not sure how far he is willing to drive to buy a boat.
