[Rhodes22-list] So about the centerboard

I don't think it's the rum either because mine tends to stay in the bottle longer than Rummy's and he tends to metabolize his quicker than I do.  Could be the captian and I was resigned to that explanation when Mary Lou posted the following:

 

"I'm sure we won't approach the performance of the earlier lighter 
weight boats and we still have that heavy motor on the stern."
 
Obviously Rummy has an earlier, lighter weight boat and he also has the new battened mainsail.  But I have the new, superior designed Diamond Board---God, I'm so confused...  Makes me want to come back to Hartwell to race.
