Leland,

The San Juan Cruise is definitely on.  My son has a live in Football Camp during the week of the cruise - June 14 to 21, that means my Admiral would be able to accompany me.  Promises to be a lot of fun.

You can only imagine how I am looking forward to this sail.  You see, I have never sailed in the ocean before, and am looking forward to riding over the waves, and paying attention to tides and currents, things that are mostly non factors in our lakes.

I need to Chris and the rest of the guys a hail and see how they are doing.  Chris is doing a overhaul of his boat and I am looking forward to meeting him and hearing of his many sailing adventures.

Jay and Julia have their boat moored on Orcas Island, and they have invited us to spend an evening with them.

You can map-quest of google the San Juan Islands to get a sense of the area.  Lots of places to sail with lush green, snow caps mountain tops always in view.

There is an open invitation to all, and as they say " The road to a friend is never long."

Caesar,

Caesar,

About that link, I'm a little electronically-impaired.  When I copied the
link I included the http:// which added it twice when I posted it.  Not the
first time I've done that.

Still planning the San Juan cruise for June?

Lee
