Mike, 

It depends on where you want to cruise.  I've never been to the marina at
Sandy Point but the park is huge, parking probably isnt an issue, and you
get immediate access to the Chesapeake right next to the Bay Bridge.

Parking isn't an issue at the county ramps at Kent Narrows, Shipping Creek,
or Crab Alley.  Not that anywhere is dangerous, but you'll probably feel
more comfortable leaving your car at Kent Narrows and it has more parking
and two ramps.  Don't forget to get a parking sticker--you'll probably want
your car when you get back.  If you're motoring, it's over two hours to get
to the Chesapeake from all three ramps.  Not bad locations if you're going
north to Rock Hall or south to St. Michaels or Oxford.

I'm jealous.
