Dan, check to be sure the small openings between the chain plates and
the cabin top are sealed -- where the shrouds attach.  The constant
flexing can easily dislodge the seal.

I thought at one time I had a leak coming through the rail mounts but
it was where the water was escaping inside, not entering outside.  A
bead of silicone and no leaks since.

Worth a look...
