[Rhodes22-list] IMF for old Rhodes

Rummy,

I called General Boats just to be sure and got Stan on the phone.  He pretty
much echoed what you said - that he probably has a mast and maybe a boom,
stays etc but I would have to buy a new sail and it would probably be $4 to
$5K before I was done and he would not recommend putting so much into an old
boat.

Although I still may consider it at a future time because I haven't seen
newer boats for less than 18K, it is not a situation in which one IMF exists
that would fit my boat and I have to jump at it or lose the chance.
There are also other things I can do to make it the boat easier to
single-hand - like running the halyard back to the cockpit etc. - so I will
give it some time.
