[Rhodes22-list] Sail cover has snaps and grommets, why?

Snaps and grommets hold better and zippers tend to jam under extreme tension. That's why we used half-turn snaps and grommets on our new sail cover.

My sail cover has snaps and grommets, does everyone have that? It would be
much faster to just make it all snaps. The grommets are the last three close
to the end of the boom. Replaced my zipper already on it, love Sailrite.

Working on my winter projects, expect more stupid questions.....
