[Rhodes22-list] Outboard repair question

Where are you going to be using it? I wouldn't hesitate to use a 4 hp 
motor in mild conditions. On the other hand, I wouldn't trust it to 
hold my nose into the wind in a 35 kt thunderstorm or to get me 
through channel at Kent Narrows against the tide. It might do both of 
those things but for me the margin of error would be just too close.
