Just got back from the North Coast along Lake Erie. Gale force winds from the south have blown the water to Canada and our harbor is down 2 whole feet. A short stern line was holding my boat up by 4 inches--strong cleats are good. The bow pulpit of the boat next to me had ridden up onto the the dock. Rick
