It is with great reluctance (I can barely type this email), that I've decided to sell my Rhodes22 and trailer... been too busy with a house renovation to sail.  My Mom passed away a few months ago; I'm wrapping up affairs here in VA and preparing to go traveling and resettle "somewhere else"... I'll regroup and figure out how much sailing I do once I get settled again (if ever).

It is in the water at the moment in Hampton, VA... I just ordered 2 new tires for the trailer which is a dual-axle trailer with a new electronic brake setup and break-away brake; 2 new tires; new wiring harness and lights.



I haven't yet decided on price nor whether to have repairs done... I'm in communication with Stan to get estimates and valuation.

  b.. CDI furler
  c.. Furling boom
  d.. 2 mast halyards; 1 foresail halyard

  f.. 2 Mercury 9.9 HP motors, one a long-shaft; short shaft has alternator, not sure about long-shaft as I've never used it.

Here are the following repairs likely needed:

  a.. replace CB blocks (the ones I installed were cheap and rusted out... CB cannot be lifted)
  b.. new cabin door (cosmetic)
  c.. new forward cleats (missing)
  d.. bright work revarnished (what little there is... "handles" on cabin top, tiller)
  e.. rudder swivel is messed up (actually always has been iffy)
  f.. screens replaced on front ports; check for possible leak on fixed ports; 
  g.. replace water intake hole cover
  h.. some plumbing from sink to drain
  i.. spruce up cabin floor
  j.. new line on traveler
  k.. new genoa sheets
  l.. fix antenna connection
  m.. fix depth sounder (depending on the cost)
  n.. new canvas on Bimini
  o.. new compass
  p.. general cleanup on cushions, cabin "tent", deck & hull
  q.. partial bottom paint where the bunks are (I've got enuf paint left over)
  r.. new carpet on one of the trailer bunks
