[Rhodes22-list] shroud size

What size are the shrouds?  3/16"? I recently installed a small flag on the
rear Port shroud using spring release flag clips but the clips keep sliding
toward each other.  I plan to install a piece of shroud cover cut the the
length between the clips to keep them from sliding together.
