[Rhodes22-list] Rhodes 22 in Edgartown Harbor!!

Dear Rhodies,
My brother in law was in Edgartown last week on Martha's Vineyard and had a Rhodes sighting.  He is now trained to snap a picture when he spots one so here it is.  My question is: Who is this?  Will the skipper come forward and identify himself?  My BIL said it was a beautiful sight and pointed out the IMF and pop-top.
 
PS.  He had sailed there from Annapolis on his beautiful J-109
