[Rhodes22-list] 1984 Rhodes22 for Sale

My friend's father is retiring from sailing and would like to sell his 1984
Rhodes22.  I haven't seen the boat but I suspect it's in excellent shape. 
You'll have to talk to him about price and other details but I also suspect
this boat may go fast.

I do know that it has a trailer, boom room, portapottie, extra sail(s), new
furler, and relatively new engine.

He lives in Ocean Pines, Maryland just west of Ocean City.  Interesting, Tom
Bickerstaff lives in the same neighborhood and just advertised his 1999
(recycled 2008) for sale in a March 2nd posting on this list.  If it's still
for sale you could see two boats at once.
