Hi Ken,
Congrats on a successful launch.  I have never yet found a ramp where I 
didn't need the extension.  I've added a camera to the back of my truck 
with a monitor in the cab.  It helps tremendously in reconnecting the 
tongue.  I've pretty much given up on getting rigged in a hurry.  I take 
my time and try to ensure that I haven't forgotten anything.
