[Rhodes22-list] anchor light

John,

Now I know why they recommend the lighting controller - flashing reduces 
duty cycle and total energy consumed (and they may be more attention 
getting.)

Alternatively, is it very difficult to regulate the current if you are happy 
with a lower light output, especially at night, to reduce energy demand?
