Thanks Cowie. As usual, the art work and narrative were wonderful. I
appreciate it. I put you and Lee right up there with Michael Lewis, and
Sebastian Junger in the narrative non-fiction category. 

By the way, I recommend Lewis' "The Big Short" and Junger's recent "War" as
top notch bedside reading this summer.
