[Rhodes22-list] Going to look at a Rhodes tomorrow

I'm excited!  Any particular things I should look at?   The seller is on this 
list, and I feel has been very up front with me, but he's only had the boat a 
few years and there could be things neither of us know about.      It's a mid 
70's, standard main, standard floorplan.    I have read up on all my "buying 
your first sailboat" books (even though it would be my 2nd fiberglass boat)  but 
I'm wondering if there's any R22-specific areas of concern I should look at.  

 
Maybe I'll be a Rhodes owner by this time tomorrow!
