[Rhodes22-list] Swing keel fix.

My 71 is original as far as I know if you have questions about rigging or
such I will send picts of what I have. Craig I think your repair should
work. the weight of the board after the repair should be around 100 Lbs. I
weighed mine when I rebuilt the center board trunk.
